Neshamah Yoga and Wellness™ is for every age and every body. The course weaves together self-care/massage, tai-chi, brain balancing, traditional yoga poses, and breathing techniques, drawing from the wellspring of Jewish tradition, including Torah portions, Mussar, liturgy, poetry, and Jewish holidays. Explore your connection to the still small voice within. Deepen your experience of the Divine.
