David Strathairn is an Emmy Award winner and Academy Award nominee. He played Edward P. Murrow in George Clooney’s Good Night, and Good Luck, and appeared in Nomadland, and Stephen Spielberg’s Lincoln. Strathairn has had roles in numerous films including, Return of the Secaucus Seven, Silkwood, L.A. Confidential, and many others. His TV series roles include The Sopranos, Monk, and the science-fiction series Alphas. He received an Emmy Award for Temple Grandin and a nomination for Hemingway & Gellhorn.
