Essential Website Functions

Analytics
We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited, how visitors reach the site, and how the site performs. We use this information to understand and improve our website and communications.
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the site, and how the site performs. We use this information to improve our website and communications. Google Analytics sets cookies that distinguish one visit from another and can last up to two years. Google reports this information to us in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for their consent before Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies. Before you make a choice, and after you decline, neither service sets cookies or stores identifiers on your device. Google’s tag still loads, however, and sends Google limited information without cookies: the page visited, the time of the visit, technical details about your browser and device, the choice you made in our consent tool, and your IP address, which accompanies any request sent over the internet. Google may use this information to estimate, in aggregate, how visitors who decline use our website. The forms on our Support Us page work differently, as described under Third-Party Services below.
For visitors elsewhere, Google Analytics and Google Ads run with cookies when you visit the site. You can stop Google Analytics at any time by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Advertising
New Lehrhaus advertises its programs through Google Ads. Our Google tag shares information about visits to our website with our Google Ads account so that we can measure the results of our advertising. Google Ads may set its own cookies for this purpose, and the consent arrangements described under Analytics apply to it in the same way. You can manage how Google personalizes the advertising you see at myadcenter.google.com.
Third-Party Services and Embedded Content
Our website may incorporate services or content provided by third parties, such as video players, registration forms, payment services, maps, or other embedded features.
When you interact with these features, the third-party provider may receive technical information about your browser or device and may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own privacy practices.
New Lehrhaus does not control cookies or other technologies placed directly by third-party services.
The donation and membership forms on our Support Us page are provided by Neon One, the company that operates our member portal. These forms load inside a frame on our page and are delivered from Neon’s servers. Within that frame, Neon loads fonts from Google Fonts, Google’s reCAPTCHA service (which helps protect the forms from automated abuse), and Neon’s own Google Analytics. Neon’s analytics reports to Neon and runs whenever the forms load, independently of the choices you make in our consent tool. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the form, and its use is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Recordings in our video library play through Vimeo. We have set the player so that Vimeo does not track your viewing session or set cookies on your device.
Information Collected
Depending on the technology involved, cookies and similar tools may collect information such as:

- dates and times of visits; and
- interactions with website features.
