Derek Goldman, co-writer and director of Remember This, is the Georgetown University Chair of the Department of Performing Arts, Director of the Theater & Performance Studies Program, and of the Laboratory for Global Performance and Politics. He’s an award-winning international stage director, producer, festival director, playwright, adapter, and published scholar. His directorial credits include a world-premiere adaptation of David Grossman’s celebrated novel Falling Out of Time, new adaptations of Three Men in a Boat, Kafka’s Metamorphosis, and Lysistrata. He co-wrote and co-produced Theodore Bikel’s Sholom Aleichem: Laughter through Tears, and Melissande Short-Colomb’s one-woman show Here I Am.
